Malaay

Haniid  is a traditional Somali dish featuring marinated and grilled goat meat. The meat is typically marinated with a blend of spices, garlic, and lemon juice, then grilled to perfection. The result is tender, flavorful meat with a smoky, charred exterior. Hilib Ari is often served with rice or flatbread and a side of vegetables.
